My Construction Industry experience commenced in 1982, progressing into Civil Construction in 1989 then focusing on Development Management with projects.
Development Projects include the $40M refurbishment of McWhirter’s in Brisbane, $4.5M development of Good Guys in Oxley, $8M Spinnaker on Rock Scarborough development, a $1.8M 1317 Ipswich Road self-developed project, $30M Garden City Office Park, $28M Varsity Central Office Park and $8M Varsity Corporate projects on the Gold Coast. The $50M Technology Office Park in 8 Mile Plains, $40M Gateway Office Park in Murarrie, Oxley Central, and Fairfield Business Centre.
I have a valued relationship with Whites Commercial Property Group including Bli Bli River Markets and award-winning IGA supermarkets.
I bring to the Hop2it Group a diverse asset consulting portfolio for numerous clients and financial institutions locally, nationally, and internationally. Importantly I have significant mining and farming experience which is synergistic with a number of Hop2it’s supported ventures.
